What is your warranty on service work?

At Table-Tek we stand behind all of our work. Our formal warranty is in the works, it will be based on the type of table and the floor under it. The majority of warranty repairs has always been adjusting the level on setups installed on carpet with a heavy pad underneith. This pretty common, and a major stressor for a first time pool table owner to see the table come out of level within a few weeks. It is important to involve the customer during the installation especially if there is a lot of movement of the frame during the leveling process. Also, we do run into many tables that by either design or price point will have limitations on playfield accuracy regardless of return visits. If you are considering a new or used table, please contact us (or someone else in the know) to avert any regrettable purchases. In order to have a table level perfectly and stay true over time you need to have both a heavy frame and a quality set of matched slate. We will address any possible issues with professionalism, however in the end a table can only play as well as it is made.
